  2. What Are You Listening To Right Now?

I only really started listening to Siouxsie yesterday.
  3. Welcome to Fascism, America.

Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1 The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States. The mandate has been interpreted as a tax, which is well within Congressional power. If they really wanted to, they could tax things as silly as PT and get away with it under the constitution. There is no sedition.
  4. Welcome to Fascism, America.

Seems like a good idea. In the very least I see no harm coming from that.
  5. Welcome to Fascism, America.

What I'm getting at is the legitimacy of a government comes from the consent of the people. If the people are fine with doing away with the 1st amendment like you said, hell let's toss in the other 9, then it would be within the ruling body's power. Fortunately even as stupid and politically apathetic as the American public is, they would never let something that drastic happen. People have always complained whenever a new tax arises, and your case is no different. You're just trying to sway opinions using drastic/skewed examples and buzzwords. You would do well at Fox News.
  6. Welcome to Fascism, America.

The president (who is elected by the people) appoints justices, the senate (elected by the people) approves the appointments, so by extension, the SC is the will of the people and logically has every right to interpret the constitution.
  7. Welcome to Fascism, America.

Bill Clinton says hi. hey there baby.

  9. True Evangelion's game dev thread

My computer runs like an autistic child on heroin trying to manage UDK. I'm pretty sure Cryengine is a bit to intense for my pc. I know next to nothing about developing and have to self teach through video tuts and experimentation. #LivingTheDream EDIT: Any suggestions for low-intensity Open Source engines?
  10. What Are You Listening To Right Now?

Everyone, I have an announcement to make. 30 Seconds to Mars is working on their 4th album, which will feature a staggering 50 SONGS. As such, I've been on a marathon listening to all their other albums the whole day.

Their grungy demos are so much better.
